Meet Dr. Derek Lau
Dr. Derek Lau has been practicing general dentistry for over 25 years and has made a lasting impact on the diverse communities he serves. Practicing 7 days a week, Dr. Lau is well-experienced in multiple disciplines of dentistry, having placed over 900 endosseous implants and performed an average of 2-3 root canal therapy cases daily.
Dr. Lau is an alumnus of George Washington University and UMDNJ, now known as Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. He went to dental school while supporting four children, two of whom are now working alongside him as dentists as well. He is a certified Invisalign provider and a proud member of the Academy of General Dentists, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the New York State Dental Association.
